SQEP Ltd is proud to support our Armed Forces and Reservists and, indeed, the whole Forces Family Community of the United Kingdom.
Pledging our support to the Armed Forces Covenant made perfect sense to our founder Paul Mayo. So in 2021 we began the process, successfully signing the Covenant and working with the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme to further our support.
SQEP are primarily a defence engineering consultancy so, naturally, the majority of our employees are service leavers and, therefore, from the Forces community. Initially our network grew through personal recommendation, but continued expansion necessitated the development of a more active recruitment approach. Through our Reserve Forces policy, we support employees who are reservists, including providing paid time off for military training.

We are devoted to the Armed Forces Community including Service Leavers, Veterans, Reservists, Uniformed Cadet Instructors and their partners. Equally SQEP Ltd understands and is flexible around the need to take time off to support a partner’s service commitments.
