From the Apache Mk1 through to the E-model, Kimberley Moore has spent her military career working close to the engineering and operational realities of one of the Army’s frontline aircraft. Alongside her engineering career, she developed a particular focus on air safety and Occurrence Safety Investigation, becoming a key investigator for the Apache Air Safety Team.

That experience now comes to SQEP Ltd, where Kimberley Moore has joined our Safety team as a Safety Consultant.

Over 10 years with the Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers, Kim progressed from an Advanced Aviation Engineering apprentice to Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor, taking on increasing responsibility for people, aircraft and safety. Notably, she also led the implementation of a DASOR tracking system within her regiment, improving visibility and the quality of safety reporting.

Joining SQEP, Kim brings an important operational perspective to our Safety capability. Her understanding of aircraft engineering, safety investigation and reporting will support the wider team as we help clients understand risk and make informed decisions across complex programmes.

Kimberley says:

“I’m very excited to get involved with the ongoing work and learn from such a high-performing team. I’m looking forward to contributing to projects, continually developing my expertise and supporting delivery across critical programmes.”

Please join us in welcoming Kim to the team – we’re really pleased to have you with us!
