We’re delighted to welcome Gary McIntosh – known as Tosh – to SQEP Ltd!
Tosh joins us as a Senior Training Consultant within our ESS (Engineering Support Services) Training Team.
With over 30 years of Royal Air Force experience in learning, development, coaching, and human performance, he started as a physical training instructor, and commissioned as a Training and Education Officer and for the last decade, he has been heavily involved with strategic leadership and organisational development of operational training.
As well as transforming resilience and leadership training at the RAF Officer Training Academy, he also has experience in corporate healthcare as the Head of Learning & Development.
Outside of work, Tosh enjoys keeping fit, the outdoors, football, countryside walks with his family – and skiing when he gets the chance.
Reflecting on joining SQEP, Tosh said:
