We’re thrilled to welcome Andrew Parker BSc (Hons) CEng MRAeS to Team SQEP as our new Senior P3M and Technical Consultant.
Andy brings a unique combination of project delivery, engineering expertise, and leadership honed over two decades in the Royal Air Force, including command of up to 400 personnel, major airworthiness responsibilities, and end-to-end programme management for complex aviation systems.
His career spans:
✦ Acquisition of new aircraft systems
✦ Capability enhancement and modification
✦ Risk and safety leadership across engineering environments
✦ Development of the Chinook Air System’s Safety Case
✦ Strategic stakeholder engagement from MOD to Boeing Defence UK
✦ Delivery of multimillion-pound engineering contracts and technical programmes
Currently supporting the Chinook Sustainment Programme, Andy is shaping the concept and assessment phases for the UK’s future Chinook fleet.
