Ian brings over 22 years of operational and project management expertise from the Royal Air Force, including building specialist teams, leading cross-functional projects, and delivering mission-critical outcomes under pressure. His deep knowledge of risk management, airworthiness, and structured delivery will be a huge asset as we continue to support complex programmes in defence and aerospace.
