At SQEP, we know that technical excellence doesn’t happen in a vacuum—it’s built on strong, collaborative teams who trust each other under pressure.
That’s why we stepped away from our usual environment for an away day focused on team cohesion. Team SQEP enjoyed an amazing few days away this week at our biannual get-together, with the beautiful backdrop of Tortworth Court, which never fails to deliver on customer service—and this time, it even delivered some well-needed sunshine after a busy day inside! 🌞
The day was packed with a mix of activities, including company financial, operational, and technical updates, a team-building session on Personality Profiling, and a ‘Krypton Factor’-style team activity. We rounded things off with a Human Factors training session and a fun but fierce SQEP Sports Day, where we witnessed some serious competition (and maybe a few bragging rights!).
The focus of the event was on building the kind of camaraderie that strengthens and reinforces the collaboration behind everything we deliver. Because when you’re operating in high-stakes environments, trust and teamwork aren’t optional—they’re essential.
