We’re looking for a highly experienced Head of P3M to drive the next stage of SQEP’s growth. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a proven track record in leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects and programmes, shaping strategy, optimising resources, and building strong client and stakeholder relationships.
What we’re looking for:
- Extensive experience in portfolio & programme management within engineering, technical, or consultancy environments
- Expert knowledge of P3M frameworks and methodologies (MSP, PRINCE2, MoP, Agile, APM or similar)
- Demonstrable success delivering complex projects to Time, Cost, and Performance
- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills
Desirable:
- Chartered status (APM, PMI, or equivalent)
- Experience in regulated industries (defence, nuclear, energy, transportation)
- Familiarity with digital tools and data-driven reporting (e.g., Power BI)
