SQEP are delighted to welcome another addition to the team – Nick Adlam.
Nick is joining us as Principal Consultant (P3M & Ops Management), bringing an impressive 40 years of experience working in defence aviation (37 of which with the RAF).
Nick began his career in the RAF, joining straight from school as a mechanic and later commissioning into the engineering branch. Throughout his career he has worked on several platforms, with rotary aircraft featuring heavily throughout.
Notably, he has amassed a total of 20 years on Chinook! This period included roles in front line and support squadrons and with Defence Equipment & Support (DE&S). Nick joins us from Boeing Defence UK, where he has spent the last three years as Chinook Senior Operations Manager. In his own words, ‘If you cut me in half I will have ‘Chinook’ running through my middle.’

With his extensive experience, knowledge and skillset, Nick is a hugely valuable addition to our growing team of Suitable Qualified Experienced People.
