Please join us in welcoming Ed Gould to SQEP. Ed joins our P3M team as a Senior Consultant after six years working across engineering and project management on the Chinook Capability Sustainment Programme.
Isadora brings a combination of academic expertise and commercial strategy to the team. With an MSc in EnEd began his career with the Ministry of Defence as an Advanced Engineering Apprentice before progressing to Project Engineer and then Project Manager. During this time, he developed experience across different stages of the CADMID lifecycle, alongside expertise in project control, stakeholder engagement and delivery against scope, budget and schedule.
That combination of engineering and project delivery experience will strengthen our P3M support for clients managing complex defence programmes, helping teams navigate the challenges that arise across delivery while maintaining focus on the required outcomes.
