The SQEP team deployed into the DT, working alongside the end-customer to fully understand the problem they were facing.
Using our characteristically pragmatic approach, the team quickly established what the baseline position was. Working with the Delivery Team members, we identified an optimum future end state and proposed the DT hierarchy. Having obtained endorsement for the proposal, the SQEP Ltd team then supported the DT to establish, implement and refine the appropriate processes to enable them to reach that end-state.
The success of this task led to our SQEP approach being embedded into the DT processes, ultimately allowing a greater level of control to be exercised by the Type Airworthiness Authority, and facilitating more effective decision-making throughout.
