Do you have a head for strategy, a flair for content, and a talent for keeping things moving? SQEP is looking for a confident, proactive marketing assistant to help us grow our digital presence, shape impactful campaigns, and support event delivery.
This full-time, permanent role reports to our Head of Business Winning – Growth and is based at our Bristol HQ, with hybrid flexibility.
You’ll be involved in:
• Digital marketing – LinkedIn management, website content, analytics
• Campaigns & branding – Content creation, brand development
• Event coordination – Planning, logistics, stakeholder liaison
• Admin support – Scheduling, workflow tracking, asset delivery
Skills you’ll need:
Strong copywriting, LinkedIn confidence, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
Bonus points for:
2+ years’ experience in marketing, especially within defence, engineering, or B2B sectors.
