SQEP attended on 23 September, joining discussions with organisations working across the wider supply chain.
For teams supporting complex defence programmes, understanding what is happening beyond your immediate area of responsibility provides important context. Priorities change, pressures move and decisions made in one part of a programme can have implications elsewhere.
Keeping close to what is changing across the wider supply chain helps teams understand emerging pressures, anticipate dependencies and identify where collaboration can add value.
The conference provided an opportunity for SQEP to stay close to those conversations, exchange perspectives with other supply-chain partners and bring that wider context back to the programmes we support.
It was a valuable day of discussion, collaboration and shared insight across the Equinox supply chain.
