SQEP Away Day October 2024

Last week, ‘SQEP’ stood for Swimming, Quality (time), Eccentric (outfits) and Purpose! 

Team SQEP enjoyed their second Away Day of the year in the beautiful setting of De Vere’s Tortworth Court in Gloucestershire.

The main theme was indeed our Purpose… our Raison d’être… or as the Japanese  say, our Ikigai 生きがい

It was an opportunity for the team to be updated on our:

1️⃣ Strategy
2️⃣ Mission
3️⃣ Financials
4️⃣ Delivery successes
5️⃣ Diversification and growth goals

And of course, our chosen charity – Children with Cancer UK.

It was also an opportunity to meet some of our new SQEPs! Between business discussions and dinner, some of the more daring SQEPs went wild water swimming while others opted to swim indoors / visit the gym / run in the grounds – or have a sociable drink in the bar.

A big thanks to Mr. Richard Brewster for his administrative prowess in organising such a successful event. We look forward to the next one!
