As we reflect on Movember, our Mo Bros and SQEP Pros have done something pretty special. What began with a £500 target and a few brave moustache growers swiftly turned into a month of collective momentum and commitment – all in support of men’s health.
This year, the SQEP team raised a fantastic £1,346 for Movember UK, more than double our target! Every effort counted, from growing moustaches to taking on the “Move for Mental Health” challenge. To top it off, SQEP Ltd’s Managing Director Paul Mayo has offered match the final donation, bringing our total impact to £2,692.
Along the way, the team:
- Clocked 518 kilometres
- Sparked conversations about mental health, cancer awareness, and looking after the people around us
- Showed what happens when a community rallies behind a cause that truly matters
A huge shout-out goes to all participants as well as the whole SQEP team for the creativity, positivity, and sheer determination you brought to the challenge. You’ve helped make a difference.
Every pound we have raised will help support life-changing work: from suicide prevention initiatives and mental health programmes to prostate and testicular cancer research.
