The SQEP team recently came together at Tortworth Court for an engagement day focused on how the business works together across disciplines, experience levels and areas of expertise.
The day included company wide updates, alongside structured time for discussion, collaboration and shared activity. This year’s theme, ‘Human and the Machine’, explored how emerging technologies including AI and cyber capability are reshaping the environment we operate in. It also examined how we continue to deliver outcomes together in a digital era.
SQEP is built on people, experience, trust and the way specialists collaborate to solve complex problems. That foundation enables alignment through a shared understanding of priorities, decisions and how different parts of the business connect to deliver outcomes in high assurance environments.
