Across rugby, tennis, windsurfing and power kiting, the setting may change but the qualities being developed do not. The ability to perform under pressure, trust those around you and adapt to changing situations sits at the heart of RAF sport and reflects the values that shape how we work at SQEP.
With Men’s and Ladies’ teams competing across senior and masters categories, the event once again Top level windsurfing and power kiting disciplines present very challenging scenarios. Conditions can change quickly and success depends on good judgement as much as technical ability. It is an environment that rewards preparation, resilience and the ability to make sound decisions when circumstances are constantly evolving.
For SQEP, those attributes resonate strongly. Many of our people developed them during their military careers and continue to draw upon them today while supporting complex defence and aerospace programmes. The environment may be different, but the principles remain the same.
That is why SQEP Ltd is proud to support windsurfing and power kiting across the RAF sporting community throughout the 2026 season. As long-established parts of RAF sport, these associations provide opportunities for serving personnel and veterans to challenge themselves, broaden their experience and strengthen the bonds that have always been such an important part of service life.
Supporting these disciplines reflects SQEP’s continued connection to the RAF community and the experiences that have shaped so many of our people throughout their careers. We look forward to following the season ahead and wish everyone involved every success on the water.
